Dymo just released an update May 1st, 2010 that addresses compatibility with with their newer printers and the older SDK that is required to work with chirosuite! We have updated our Dymo article to help provide you further information and installation instructions.
We strongly recommend that you download your software directly from Dymo and adhere to all their recommendations and warnings as far as their software is concerned. Once you have their latest version installed and running correctly through their software, feel free to give us a call to help you with chirosuite integration if required (please try it first as it should just work)!
