No Show Billing - Setup and Usage

Tip! All no shows are automatically added to the call list & should be managed from there per your policies/procedures with respect to no shows.
 
No Show Billing Setup: Setting up ALL Practitioners.

Utilities -> Practitioners -> Setup Wizard ->  [Setup All Appts to No Show]

1. Select when you want appointments to flag as no show.
2. Choose whether you will bill for no show (or not) & select billing details.
3. Click [Update All No Show Rules for Selected Practitioner/Resource. Tip! Repeat steps for all practitioners in the list.
Tip! If you use No Show billing setup at the end of each day go to Billing -> No Show Billing, see third screenshot.

Utilities -> Practitioners -> Setup Wizard ->  No Show Billing Rules

1. Determine send to no show and billing details for each appointment.
2. Click [Next] and process through wizard.
Tip! If you use No Show billing setup at the end of each day go to Billing -> No Show Billing, see third screenshot.

If you use any of the above two options at the end of every day you need to go to the "No Show Billing" screen to determine who you want to charge (or not).

1. Select the practitioner from the drop down menu.
2. Confirm no show amounts are correct, click [All] if you wish to deal with entire list at once or click in white box to right of "Amount" to manage individually.
3.Click [Don't Bill Selected] or [Bill Selected].
