1. Search practitioner as you would a patient and open patient tracker. Note: Another option for searching a practitioner is to highlight the practitioner name in the 'Prac' tab and hold the 'Ctrl' key and left click at the same time (see bottom of article for visual reference).
2. Make the required changes and click [Save].
Note: The same steps can be followed to change a payor name.
