We don't need to state the importance of note taking with your governing bodies. There is a report you can generate to see which practitioners have missed taking SOAP notes, we HIGHLY recommend someone in your office monitors this regularly.
Practitioners -> Missing SOAP Records -> select a practitioner -> select a date you want to begin viewing missing notes from, click [Build List].
Tip! The date you select will search missing notes FORWARD from that date.
