When launching a SOAP note you have the option to have Red Flags and/or Rapport pop up, or not. Regardless of your choice, Red Flags & Rapport will always show on the left of your SOAP note.
Utilities -> Practitioners -> Setup Wizard -> Practitioner SOAP Setup -> Select Practitioner, click [Next]. In the following screen make your selections and continue through the Wizard by clicking [Next].
