There are two areas in ChiroSUITE where you can add PHP numbers:
1. When adding a new patient
2. In patient tracker for existing patients.
Adding a New Patient
Patient Tracker
If PHP does not appear in the drop down menu you must make it an active payor OR add as new. Tip! Before adding new make sure the payor is not already in the list.
Utilities -> Payor -> Payor Setup

Utilities -> Payor-> New Payor Wizard
