# Name ? Error

When you get the # Name ? , usually in the 3rd party payor area, but may appear anywhere, it means there is a partial disconnect between ChiroSUITE and the data file.
This connection is made using the SQL Server installed with ChiroSUITE.

Steps to resolve:
  1. Fully Exit ChiroSUITE. 
  2. Wait 20 seconds.
  3. Log back into ChiroSUITE.
The #Name? should be gone/resolved.
NOTE: On the rare occasion, you may need to restart your machine.
Doing maintenance on your machine(s) should resolve these issues should they persist (i.e., Windows updates, Antivirus
updates etc).  Sometimes this error comes up due to an issue with your network/internet connections.
