Inactivate / Reactivate a Billing Item

Utilities -> Items -> Item Setup

1. Once you have searched your item toggle "Active" to "No".
2. Click [Save].
Tip! If the item is linked to an appointment type you will have to either inactivate the appointment type if no longer in use OR change the billing item attached to that appointment type. Tip! To reactivate a billing item you will need to remove the check mark from the bottom "Only search Active items" in the "Item Quick Search" screen, then follow the above steps, toggle "Yes" and click [Save].
