Click "Schds" in toolbar to access the Appointment Color Legend.
Double click the appointment status or appointment you wish to change color for.
Click [Background/Border Color] or [Text Color]. NOTE: Text color only applies to for Appointment Status. Once new colors are chosen click [Ok].
Choose color, click [Ok]. Click [Ok] & [Finish] in next screens.
