For the majority of offices practitioner preference is the first practitioner the patient saw in the office. Tip! Setting Prac Pref helps staff know which practitioner to schedule appointments with & for some offices is relied on for financial reports.
1. Click "Patn Prac" tab.
2. Double click in "Prac Pref" box to launch Patient Practitioner Preference Editor.
3. Select practitioner preference(s) from the drop down menu.
4. If your office uses chart numbers PER practitioner click [Assign Next Chart Num for Selected Practitioner].
5. Click [Save].
