The Overview box is populated with answers chosen in the "Question/Response" section of your template.
You can determine exactly what you would like to appear here, the list cannot be deleted, appears chronologically, and will not appear in a SOAP note when reporting. We typically see supplement/exercise recommendations here as a reminder for the practitioner to follow up on the next visit. That said, you can use overview however you choose.
Utilities -> Practitioners -> SOAP -> Practitioner Question/Response Setup
