Start/End of Day Setup (SOD/EOD)

Start of Day (SOD)

Utilities -> Clinic -> Start/End of Day Setup -> [Start of Day]. Toggle "Yes" for any action you want to happen when processing SOD (File -> Start of Day).

Depending on what your office uses, the most common to have flagged "Yes" are:
Send SMS Reminders.
Send Reminder Emails.
Send Calendar Attachments.
Sync Online Booking.
Clear Expired Waiting list patients.
If managing Care Plans from the front desk flag -> "Send critical Window to Call List" as "Yes". 

End of Day (EOD)

Utilities -> Clinic -> Start/End of Day Setup -> [End of Day]. Toggle "Yes" for any action you want to happen when processing EOD (File -> End of Day).

Depending on what your office uses, the most common to have flagged "Yes" are:
Cash Out Summary (By BusnEntity, by PayType).
Send Email Reminders.
Send SMS Reminders.
Send Calendar Attachments.
Sync Google Calendar.
Sync Online Booking.
Clear Expired Waiting list patients.
Email Practitioner Schedules (w/comments), you must also [Set up EOD Practitioner Schedule Emailing] at the bottom of this screen for this function to work.
If managing Care Plans from the front desk flag -> "Send critical Window to Call List" and "Discontinue Treatment Plan" to "Yes".
 
* Flag "Yes" for the following background (program) tasks. 
Update Income Statement detail.
Archive Appts.
Clear Temp Tables.
Clear Backups > 2 weeks Old.
