Backup Failure/Missing backup emails

When your clinic receives the missing backups email and we determine they are flagged as 'Failed' on this side here.
 
1.  Do a check disk on all drives on the main computer (see [KB] article 'check disk').
 
2. Make sure everyone is out of ChiroSUITE and restart the machine, running Windows updates each time and making sure to continue rebooting & running updates until nothing is left 

3. Cycle the power on all networking equipment - routers/switches, and then the internet equipment as well dsl/fiber/cable modem. 
If the program persists after all that troubleshooting then you need your internet provider to replace the modem. Even if they argue this point as it normally just works.
